We have our own quality control procedure and professional surveyors/inspectors, which is responsible for conducting QC inspections and tests at every stage of manufacturing.

Our surveyors/inspectors check the specific requirements when we receive an order, then, all materials are checked before production. In-process inspections are performed at every stage, with checks also conducted before delivery to ensure the quality standards of all items before leave the factory.

Our quality is a prime concern from sample of client throughout inspection services to the completed checking basing on orders, P.O. We always survey the idea that quality is not only the base of large quantity but also few. All-round inspections are conducted by our quality assurance procedure and professional surveyors/inspectors, covering pre-production, midline and final inspections. All aspects of packaging and labeling are also integral parts of this process. Our goal is to get rid of troubles for our customer as many as possible. We work complying with internationally recognized quality standards and are in constant contact with all the relevant testing institutes. We believe we can get mutual benefits through high quality.

Our QC surveyors/inspectors are composed of engineers and technicians, and our QC system covers every process of production from the material and component to the finished product. In addition, we also conduct random checks and inspections on products before packing.

Inspection type:

1). Factory Audit---New suppliers quality management system assessment and suppliers year old repeatedly quality management system assessment, the assessment results for the adoption until after the annual assessment to the second operation.

2). Daily Follow up---Following with customer’s requirements, and tracking customers with timely, reliable updates

3) Pre-production inspection:
In this service, we will check the incoming materials, components, labels, packing materials used in merchandise according to your information (such as technical paper, and reference samples).

4) During production inspection:
In this service, we will check the goods finished to ensure the workmanship and packing conform to the requirement.

5) Pre-shipment inspection (at least 80% merchandise finished):
In this service, we will inspect the final quality, quantity, packing of merchandise on the basis of random sampling size. During quality check stage, we will check the marking, packing, appearance, workmanship, functionality and etc.

6) Loading supervision
In this service, we will check the quantity, marking, packing condition, container before loading. Our loading supervision will make sure the goods loaded are strictly
complying with your purchase order/contract/packing list and etc.

7) Cooperation with transportation Service in Vietnam & Asia Countries  --- Help guests to visit Vietnam & Asia Countries or exhibition, arranged the itinerary and arrange vehicles to facilitate visitors to Vietnam & Asia Countries to spend a happy and pleasant journey.
